Mould Circle time: 12-15 seconds on normal injection machine (10 s/cycle is possible on fast injection machine).

Mould Design: Leading national mold designer guide, professional R&D team provide technical support. We will make 2D&3D drawings after receiving 2D or 3D drawings or samples and PO from customer.

Mould design software: STP, CAD, UG, X-T, IGS, DWG, DXF, and etc.

Runner type: Both cold runner and hot runner are good. ODM service available.

1.Make product design drawing as per original sample or customer's concept

2.Make mould drawings according to the buyer's requirments & machine specs.

3.Order steel & standard parts and start machining work on core, cavity & mould base
Fitting, adjusting, polishing, detailing & assembly

4.First trial -To check mould injection dimensions, fittings and mark corrections
Second trial-Detailed inspection, corrections

5.Send mould testing video & photos to the buyer
Send trial samples by courier to customer and take approval
After do final corrections, do final trial-inspection

6.Pack moulds with wooden case & Delivery mould by sea or by air
