Flip-top bottle cap moulds are the most popular in the market, and are more complicated and difficult than normal thread cap moulds. Min Cong Mould have been dealing with flip top cap moulds for more than 5 years and we have manufactured more than 30 sets of this mould, nearly all of the problems come from different designs have been solved

Description about goods:

1.High hardness material: Usually p20 for mould base, H13 for cores, s136 for cavities. Materials such as 718, 45#, 50#, H13, 2738, NAK80, SKD61 and etc. are all optional to customers, you can choose some of them for your mould.

2.Mould life: at least 3 million times shots.

3.Cavities: From 4 cavities to 48 cavities are available.

4.Factory Prices: MinCong Mould is small company so do not need that much cost for running company. So MinCong could provide competitive price in the market.

5.Mould size: Based on the requirements of customer, we support caps for 500ml, 1 liter, 1.5 liter and etc. (top number is 10 liter. ) Usually the diameter of caps we make is 20mm, 24mm and 28mm.

6.Runner system: China advanced brand or imported hot runner system brand to the order. Each cavity has independent temperature control and heater system. Cold runner and half hot runner are available as well.

7.Circle time: 12-15 seconds

8.Main processing equipment: CNC, wire cutting, Grinding machine, Lathe, Drill Press, EDM center.
