Coffee Cup Cap Mould

Min Cong provide disposable coffee lid or milk tea lid. Specialized in coffee beans and ground coffee bottle caps, caps have good sealing function and can be used in a variety of containers.

1.With a milk tea coffee plastic cover with a straw opening, it has a good appearance and can be put on different characters.

2.A practical cover that can better achieve the drying and maintenance of coffee beans and prevent foreign substances from entering the storage can.

Description about mould:

1. High hardness material: Usually p20 for mould base, H13 for cores, s136 for cavities.(High-quality configuration for common use) Materials such as 718, 45#, 50#, H13, 2738, NAK80, SKD61 and etc. are all optional to customers, you can choose some of them for your mould.

2. Cavity number: 1*4, 1*6, 1*8, 1*12 and etc.

3. Injection system: Pin gate, Submarine gate, Valve gate and etc. Offering single pin ejection system for hot runner mold.

4. Mould life: Guaranteed to have more than 3 million shots and 2 years Warranty.

5. Runner system: China advanced brand or imported hot runner system brand to the order. Each cavity has independent temperature control and heater system. Cold runner and half hot runner are available as well.

6. Weight: 500 kg(4 cavity mould for referance)

7. Delivery time: 45-60days. Provide humane considerations, focusing on meeting customer needs.

8. Certificate: Certificates of steel and manufacture process. ISO 9001 certificate is pending.

9. Circle time: 12-15 seconds on normal injection machine(10 s/cycle is also possible on fast injection machine).

1) If confirmed by the transportation company that the product is damaged during transportation, and the product will be repaired or replaced after seeking insurance compensation.

2) the quality reason, by the customer shall bear the freight.

3) Customer shall take some pictures that can prove the status of the product during the clearance process. We will take some before shipment as well.
